Mallikarjun School is a co-educational English medium school. It is founded in the memory of Late Sri Mallikarjun Joshi who dreamt of providing quality education to the coming generations, developing in them traits of unselfishness, helpfulness and independence and making them considerate, accomplished & aware global citizens ready to assume responsibility for making a better world.
The aim of Mallikarjun Group of Institutions is to fulfill his dreams by living up to his every expectations.
Mallikarjun School (Aincholi) Pithoragarh is run by Mallikarjun School Society which is registered under the Society's Registration act xii of 1860. The school is committed to a high-quality learning experience focused on the individual needs of children. We strive to be creative in our instruction to engage students in their learnings through a variety of activities, application of technology and innovative teaching pedagogy. At present, the school is providing quality education to 1038 students.
Admission Process In Mallikarjun School
Mallikarjun School accepts children without any discrimination based on caste, sex, race, religion etc.
admission is on first come first serve basis.
To apply for admission of your child follow the following steps :
Obtain school prospectus which includes admission form from the school office after paying the registration fee.
Registration is no guarantee for admission and registration fee is not refundable.
There is no written test for admission in NUR, LKG & UKG.
Admission to the next upper classes, the student has to qualify a written test.
Subject for admission test: Mathematics, English and Science.
Get the date of written test from the school.
List of selected students will be posted on school notice board and parents will also be informed about the same by phone.
Parents of selected students will have to submit fee within a week in order to confirm their admission.
Admission Rules :
Admission is granted purely on academic grounds irrespective of caste, creed and community.
Every candidate must be registered with the school before Applying for admission.
At the time of admission, the student must produce a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) and a mark sheet from the school last attended.
Students coming from outside Uttarakhand will have to get their Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Inspector of the School District Education Officer.
The academic year commences from the first week of April and concludes in the last week of Next March.
Attendance
According to CBSE norms 75% attendance is required in class IX, X, XI and XII.
Leave for absence from the School, except in case of sudden illness/ accident or an urgent necessity, must be sought by the parents or guardians in writing.
If a pupil is absent from the School for 3 days consecutively, his or her name will be struck off from the School register and re-admission fee will be charged.
Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission
Class NUR to UKG: Birth certificate, 3 passport color photographs.
Class I and above : Original Mark sheet, transfer certificate, aadhar card, 3 passport color photographs.
The admission will ipso facto be invalidated if the leaving certificate of the previous school or if the candidate joins fresh from home, the Birth certificate is not produced within fifteen days from the date on which the pupil joins the school.
