About St. Anthony’s Sr. Secondary School

St. Anthony’s Sr. Secondary School , Hauz Khas , New Delhi is an unaided Christian Minority Institution. It is owned by the Institute of the Franciscan Clarist Missionaries of the Most Blessed Sacrament, a body registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI 1860 and having its office at Clara Niwas, Kalu Sarai, New Delhi – 110016. The Institute runs English/Vernacular – medium Schools, Orphanages, Dispensaries, Home for the aged, Working Girl’s Hostel and other Welfare centres in various parts of the country, especially in the remotest hinterlands. This is run by the Franciscan Sisters’ Trust for Education.

The school began on January 5, 1970 with 50 students on roll, and it has progressed extensively within a short span. It was affiliated to the C.B.S.E in 1974, Ever since, it has been securing positions and merits in the Board Examinations, achieving hundred per cent result. At present the school has 2000 students on roll.

Admission Process In St. Anthony’s Sr. Secondary

You are kindly requested to follow the instructions given below:-
1. There will be no test or interviews of the applicants or their parents.
 Preference will be given to Christian Community without prejudice to the School’s Constitutional right.
 Provisions of RTE Act on admissions are not applicable to Minority Schools.

All documents mentioned below must be attached with the online Registration Form and to be submitted
Online only.
Incomplete forms will automatically be rejected.
1. Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation with the name of the child
incorporated. The date of birth, name of the child, father’s and mother’s name filled in the online
form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Latest Passport size photograph of the child with parents (in jpg / jpeg format).
3. Baptism Certificate (for all Christians) Letter confirming membership from the Parish Priest for a
Catholic and other Christians from the Pastor of the Church/Parish/Presbytery that you belong
presently.
4. Proof of Residence (such as Electors ID Card / Electricity bill/ Water bill of residence/ MTNL
Telephone Bill / Aadhar Card / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child).
5. Proof of Alumni: Mark Sheet of Class XII (St. Anthony’s Sr. Sec. School, Hauz Khas).
6. Proof for the siblings: Fee slip or previous year’s report card.
Please Note: Recommendation letters/ Telephone calls will not be entertained. The school reserves the
right to reject application forms which are incomplete or with false information.
 Rent deed will not be considered as proof of residence.
 There will be no bus facility for the School students.
 Admission of EWS is not mandatory in Minority schools.
 Original Documents to be presented on the day you are called for verification/admission.
