About Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)

The foundation stone for the Chandigarh campus was laid on 12 October 2009. The foundation stone was laid by His Excellency Governor of Punjab & Administrator Union Territory of Chandigarh, Gen. (Retd.) S. F. Rodrigues, PVSM, VSM, the Hon’ble members of SVKM trust, and the University Leadership team.

The campus started with two exclusive undergraduate disciplines of Commerce and Law and has recently added two Engineering Programs. The School of Commerce provides the BBA & B Com programs. The School of Law provides the BA LLB & BBA LLB programs. The B. Tech Computer Engineering and B. Tech Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) are provided by the School of Technology Management and Engineering.

The mission of all the programs is to prepare our students to be lifelong learners. The modus includes thoughtful mentoring for the assured success of our students.
