Admission Process In Universal Academy Dehradun

• Photocopy of Residence Proof

• Aadhar Card Photocopy of both parents and child

• Child Birth certificate photocopy

• Passport size photos:- 3 photos of the child and one photo of both the Father and Mother

• Transfer certificate/student leaving certificate and progress report of the last class attended for candidates of class II onwards (to be submitted at our school office before the admission session commences)

• Photocopy of Birth Certificate (original to be produced for verification)

• Parents must bring this pre-admission checklist at the time of admission

• Parents must bring their child’s immunization card, blood group, and hemoglobin count report along with medical reports of any previous ailments or allergies (if any)
