About The Oxford Academy

The Oxford Academy is a Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) approved school following the CBSE curriculum and is dedicated to provide holistic learning and moulding children into independent individuals. Admission Process In The Oxford Academy

ADMISSION

Nursery :-            The age requirement for play group/Nursery is 3+ years as on 31 March.

LKG        :-             The age requirement for LKG is 4+ years as on 31^st March.

UKG       :-             The age requirement for UKG is 5+ years as on 31^st March. Admission Procedure includes an interface with the child and parents.

For Class I to XI – Admission for meritorious students is made according to the availability of seats Admission is taken on the basis of an entrance test.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

1. Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office or can be filled online before the end of the registration period.
2. Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without photographs, will not be processed/accepted.
3. Dates for Assessment/Interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the Assessment/Interaction.

The Registration Form Duly Filled And Received By the School Office Does Not Guarantee Admission In the School.

Forms submitted with the signature of parents/guardian and without a passport size photograph will not be entertained.

The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.

1. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipality/Block Office (for admission to classes Play Group to class-IX)
2. The original copy of School leaving certificate and character certificate from the previous school (for classes I to XI)
3. Original copy of Progress Report from the previous School.
4. Admit Card of Class X (for admission in class XI).
5. Vaccination Record if any
6. Three copies of recent passport size photographs
7. Aadhar card of the student.
