The School is being managed by Rishiram Shiksha Samiti, Joshiyara, Uttarkashi registered under the Society Registration Act of 21, 1860, The school owes its inception to the initiative and enthusiasm of Pt. G.P. Jaguri, the founder of the school. The members of board are highly experienced and mature people with dedication towards the quality education. The Principal of school will be the main person to execute decisions of Academic Board. The teaching faculty will follow all new ways and methods of learning under the guidelines of Principal. The school is affiliated by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Board till 12th std. with Science, Commerce and Humanities (Arts). Education is simply the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another. ”This quote is the basic theme of “Rishiram Shikshan Sansthan” which was established in 1993 in Joshiyara (District Uttarkashi), UTTARAKHAND. In order to serve the society of this remote rural part of Himalayan region, the school is committed to improve the socio economic conditions of the society through providing value based education to younger generation. Admission Process In  Rishiram Shikshan Sansthan

Pre Primary Section – Class Play Group to Class UKG The students will study – English, Math’s, Hindi, Science, Moral Science, P.T., Self Development.
Primary Section – Class I to V The students will study – English, Math’s, Hindi, Science, Social Studies, Moral Science, P.T., Self Development, Environmental Studies and Computer.
Junior Section – Class VI to VIII The students will study – English, Math’s, Hindi, Science, Social Studies, Moral Science, P.T., Self Development, Environmental Studies and Computer.
High School – Class IX and X The students will study – English, Math’s, Hindi, Science, and Computer.
Senior Secondary School – Class XI and XII The students will study – English, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science Economics, Geography, Political Science, Accountancy, Business Study and Physical Education.
* Other than above Sanskrit is also introduced as per guideline of state & CBSE.
