About Salwan Girls School

Salwan Girls Senior Secondary School, affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a recognised and aided school by Directorate of Education, GNCT, Delhi. The school was established in 1950 by the great visionary Late Pt. Girdhari Lal Salwan, as a manifestation of his vision “Education for All” under the aegis of Salwan Education Trust (SET). Since then the institution has been catering to the neediest of needy – irrespective of class, caste, religion and creed by providing quality education and developing full potential of the young generation. The school has drawn a lot of appreciation for its excellence both in academics and extracurricular activities.
