About Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University

‘’Subharti meaning ‘Subhartiye;’ is not just a name but a movement. A movement of converting our youth into ‘Su’ meaning ‘’Good’’, ‘Bhartiye;’ meaning ‘an Indian’, “a good Indian”.
