Pal Group was started in 1982 in Haldwani, Uttarakhand under the able leadership of Mr. Narayan Pal. PCTM is located at Haldwani (Nainital) in the foothills of Kumaon. The campus is aesthetically designed in a pollution-free site in a self-contained academic township. We offer 7 industry-aligned courses across 6 different streams (i.e. Biotechnology, Management, Commerce, Computers, Hospitality,and Education.).

At PCTM, faculty members are selected for their passion for education as well as for their academic and professional achievements. Our faculty is committed to help students develop a range of academic and interpersonal skills, nurturing curiosity, fostering honour and integrity. Our visiting faculty includes renowned Professors from GBPUAT & IIM Kashipur, acclaimed practitioners, and influential thought-leaders from all over India. Training and placement cell at PCTM equips the students with professional skills in order to guide them towards the bright career with the core values of sincerity, honesty and hard work. We focus on the overall development of student in terms of knowledge, skill enhancement, firsthand experience through practical skills and trainings which are required to achieve a desired job.

We conduct workshops for resume writing, group discussions and mock interviews. PCTM provide excellent canteen facility to the students as well as teaching and non teaching staff. We conduct Annual Sports Meet to provide opportunities to the students at the campus to nurture their talent.
