“Just finished my 200hr TTC here. Legit one of the hardest things I’ve done 😂 but I’m so glad I did it. Schedule is full-on from 5:30am to 8pm. Asana classes were 🔥 and the alignment teacher was strict but super helpful. Philosophy sessions were deep — sometimes I didn’t get it lol but I tried. Food’s simple, veg-only. Not a ‘retreat’, it’s real yoga school vibes.”
