The Admission Process
The admission process is divided into four main steps.
- Register on the admission portal
- Complete your profile
- Select your desired programme
- Submit the registration fee
To begin, every applicant must register and log in to the portal. Registration is a one-time and mandatory process.
🔹Step 1: Registration
Applicants who are new to the portal must register to apply for university programmes.
To register on the admission portal:
- Click on the “New Registration” tab
- The page contains two sections:
- Important Instructions – Read this carefully
- Student Registration Form – Fill out the form with accurate details
Details to be filled:
- Applicant’s Full Name
- Date of Birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format)
- Mobile Number
- Password for your account
- Captcha code for verification
- Click on “Register”
- An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number – enter the OTP
- After OTP verification, your account will be successfully registered
🔹Step 2: Applicant Dashboard
Once registered, applicants get access to a personalized dashboard where they can:
- Check application status
- Edit or update their profile
- Track fee submission
- Apply for multiple programmes
👉 You must complete registration to access the dashboard.
🔹 Step 3: Login
To start your application, log in to the portal:
- Click on the Login button
- Enter:
- Registered mobile number
- Password
- Captcha code
- Click Login
📝 Forgot your password?
Click on the ‘Forget Password’ link.
Enter your registered email ID, fill in the captcha, and click Send. A reset password link will be emailed to you.
🔹Step 4: Fill in Profile Details
Applicants must fill out their complete profile. This is necessary before submitting the registration fee.
To complete your profile, click on “Complete Profile and Pay Registration Fees” from the dashboard.
The profile form is divided into the following sections:
- Personal Details
- Family Details
- University Registration Details (if applicable)
- Other Category/Quota
- Address
🔹Step 5: Fill Profile Details and Preview
After logging in and starting the application process, the applicant must fill in all the required profile information.
Once all the fields are completed:
- Click on the “Save and Next” button to proceed
Before moving to the next section, the portal will show a Preview Page where the applicant can review all the filled details.
🔸 Edit or Update Your Profile (if needed)
If any error is found during preview:
- Click on the “Update Details” button
- Make the necessary corrections
- Save the updated profile information
👉 It’s important to verify all details before moving ahead.
After verifying, click on “Proceed to Next” to continue to the next section.
🔹 Step 6: Fill in ‘Other Details’
In this section, applicants must enter additional required information.
How to access:
- Click on the “Other Details” button on the top bar after saving the profile
OR - From the Preview Page, click on “Proceed to Next”
🔹Step 7: Upload Required Documents
In the Uploads section, applicants must submit relevant documents based on the details provided earlier.
To upload documents:
- Click on the Uploads section
OR - Click on “Proceed to Next” from the Other Details page
📌 Important Instructions for Uploads:
- Photo and signature must be in .jpg or .jpeg format
- File size should be between 10 KB and 500 KB
- Certificates, mark sheets, and other documents must follow the same size and format restrictions
After uploading all necessary documents, click on the “Preview and Pay” button to continue.
🔹 Step 8: Final Preview of Application
This section allows the applicant to review their full application before proceeding to payment.
What you can do in this section:
- Check all filled-in information carefully
- Click Edit to make any corrections
- Check the declaration box confirming all information is accurate
✅ Once confirmed, click on “Confirm Details and Pay Registration Fee” to move to the payment gateway.
🔹 Step 9: Pay Registration Fee
To complete the application, the applicant must pay the registration fee.
Steps to Pay:
- Click on the “Click Here for Payment” button
- You’ll be redirected to the payment portal
- Enter the required details and proceed with the payment
💳 Multiple payment options are available via the payment gateway.
Once the payment is confirmed, the applicant is automatically redirected to their dashboard.
🔹 Step 10: Programme Selection
After successful payment, the applicant can now select programmes offered by the University.
📘 Before applying, it is recommended to review the University and College information from the Programme Information page.
Steps to select your programme:
- Click on “Apply in College” on the dashboard
- Select the University
- Choose the College from the affiliated list
- Select the Programme Level
- Choose the Programme you wish to apply for
Subject Selection:
- Major 1 – Select a group from your own faculty
- Major 2 – Another group from your faculty
- Major 3 (Elective) – Choose from your own or another faculty, based on the programme
Once subjects are selected, proceed to the next section to fill in academic qualifications.
🔹 Step 11: Academic Details
Applicants must now provide their educational qualifications.
Required:
- Secondary (Class 10) details
- Senior Secondary (Class 12) details
Step 12: Review ‘Other Details’
The Other Details section is auto-filled based on the information entered during the Profile Completion process.
👉 Applicants must review this section carefully before proceeding.
Once reviewed:
- Click the “Next” button to move to the Confirmation page
🔹 Step 13: Confirmation & Submit Application
This is the final step of the application process.
On the Confirmation Page, applicants must:
- Carefully verify all entered details
- Tick all the required checkboxes to confirm accuracy
📝 Once all checkboxes are ticked:
- The “Submit Application” button will be activated
- Click on Submit Application to finalize your application for the selected progra Confirmation & Submit Application
